Bell Ingram specialises in four key areas: Rural Land and Forestry Management, Estate Agency, Pipelines & Utilities, Architecture & Building Surveying and we employ over 130 land agents, estate agents, architects, building surveyors and forestry managers. Our core business is land management and in total we manage over 350,000 hectares across the UK , acting for private and corporate landowners and managers alike. Bell Ingram also provide specialist advice and services in a range of property related areas such as microgeneration and green energy systems, large scale renewable energy projects such as hydro, wind and tidal power, tourism and asset management.

Bell Ingram has 13 UK offices; nine in Scotland: Bonar Bridge, Inverness, Aberdeen, Forfar, Oban, Perth (Head Office), Falkirk, Ayr and Newton Stewart, and four in England: Morpeth, Thirsk, Knutsford and Mayfair, London.

Our Thirsk office is managed by Derek Tyson, a well known local surveyor and auctioneer for many years, who provides professional valuation and estate management services as well as handling farm and land sales in and around Yorkshire .
